About the Opportunity
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join a luxury safari lodge in Hluhluwe, Kwa
Zulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will have strong culinary skills, luxury lodge experience and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Requirements
- Previous Sous Chef experience within a luxury lodge, hotel or 5-star environment.
- Relevant culinary qualification.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation and kitchen operations.
- Excellent food hygiene and health and safety knowledge.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Creative, passionate and quality-driven approach to cooking.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Comfortable living and working in a remote lodge environment.
Package
- Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
- Live-In position.
