We are looking for a friendly, professional and service-focused individual who takes pride in maintaining a welcoming, clean and relaxing environment for guests.### ✨ Position Details**Role:** Spa Attendant**Location:** Cape Town, Western Cape**Property Type:** Luxury Hotel**Salary:** R5,894 per month**Accommodation:** Live-out🌿 Key Responsibilities* Welcome and assist spa guests in a warm, professional and attentive manner.* Ensure all spa areas, treatment rooms, relaxation areas and facilities are clean, neat and well presented.* Prepare treatment rooms and spa facilities before and after guest appointments.* Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and presentation throughout the spa.* Assist therapists and other spa team members with day-to-day operational requirements.* Monitor and replenish towels, linen, refreshments and other spa supplies.* Assist guests with their needs and ensure they receive a comfortable and relaxing experience.* Follow all health, safety and hygiene procedures.* Contribute to a positive and professional team environment.💼 Requirements* Previous experience in a spa, hotel, wellness or hospitality environment would be advantageous.* Excellent personal presentation and professional manner.* Strong customer service and communication skills.* A friendly, approachable and positive attitude.* Ability to work efficiently in a busy luxury hospitality environment.* Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.* Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.**If you do not hear from us within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.**
