Urgently required for leading SA law firm, CT City Bowl

• Snr Sous Chef (2ic to Exec Chef) oversee all aspects of kitchen management and food quality, staff training and menu design.
• Responsible for serving 5-star a la carte breakfast and lunch + exec boardroom functions

*Monday to Friday only

R30k gross p/m + medical, aid, provident fund 20 days leave p/a (=R20-24k NETT)

*Excellent working environment.

• Require a mature, energetic individual who can think on their feet and take ownership; proficient in MS Office, organised and humble.
