Urgently required for leading SA law firm, CT City Bowl·        Snr Sous Chef (2ic to Exec Chef) oversee all aspects of kitchen management and food quality, staff training and menu design.·        Responsible for serving 5-star a la carte breakfast and lunch + exec boardroom functions*Monday to Friday only
