Hospitality Manager Limpopo and North West

R63 000 Cost to Company, plus potential annual bonus4* 80 roomed hotels with restaurants and conference centre, as well as casino, seeks experienced Hoteliers meeting the following criteria:-

• Tertiary Qualification
• Minimum 10 years experience in 4* resort or corporate hotels with over 80 rooms, of which 3 years must be holding senior management role of GM or Operations Manager
• Will be managing entire hospitality operations and a large staff complement of over 150
• Strong f&b management as well as rooms division experience
• Managing and Leading a team of Ho

D’s to deliver superior service, with a total workforce of 200 staff

• Be involved in daily operations to ensure and maximize customer satisfaction, in order to maintain profit margins and exceed budgeted revenue
• Maximum age of 55 due to mandatory retirement age
• Open to South African Nationals only
