About the Opportunity

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to join the leadership team of a luxury hotel and winery in the Franschhoek area.

Key Requirements

• Previous luxury hotel or boutique hospitality management experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent guest relations and service delivery standards
• Sound operational and administrative experience
• Financial and reporting knowledge advantageous
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Professional communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
• Local candidates from Franschhoek and the surrounding areas preferred

Package

• Salary: R30,000 – R35,000 per month
• Live-out position
