About this role

CHEF DE PARTIE

Luxury Boutique Resort | Clanwilliam, Cederberg, Western Cape

Approx. 2 hours from Cape Town | LIVE-IN

Salary: Negotiable on Experience

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at this luxury boutique resort.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous Chef de Partie experience in a similar hospitality environment

Culinary qualification advantageous

Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and mise en place

Passion for quality food and presentation

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen

Team player with a hands-on approach

Previous experience in a boutique hotel, lodge or resort essential

ONSITE INTERVIEW WILL BE REQUIRED
