Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with the property's standards.
• Assist with the smooth running of the kitchen in collaboration with senior chefs.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Support menu planning and ensure consistency in culinary delivery.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and assist in training junior staff.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience working in a 5-star environment.
• Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• A professional approach with excellent teamwork skills.
• Relevant culinary qualifications will be advantageous.

Package

• Salary: R8,000 – R9,000 per month (negotiable, depending on experience).
