Salary: R18,000 – R21,000 Negotiable DOE📍 Location: Somerset West, Western Cape🏡 Full‑time position🔑 Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards

Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all food served

Assist with menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen organisation

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management

Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations

Comply with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations✅ Minimum Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in catering, restaurant, or hospitality environments

Pastry experience advantageous

Own transport and valid driver’s licence essential

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
