S & Margin Controls * Procurement Control & Governance * Purchase Order, Invoice & Receiving Controls * Stock Control * Beverage Control * Food Cost Control * Wastage, Breakages & Write-off Control * POS & Revenue Control * Supplier & Pricing Control * Internal Audit & Compliance * Month-end Responsibilities * Fraud Prevention & Loss Control
Requirements· Min 3–5 years’ experience in cost control, stock control, hospitality finance/comparable financial-control environment· Experience working with food and beverage cost control essential· Experience with procurement and purchase-order systems· Experience conducting stock takes and investigating variances· Experience with internal or external audit processes· Systems knowledge: Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), POS systems, stock-management systems, procurement systems, accounting / ERP systems and Microsoft Office· Experience with EASIPOS, SAGE, Protel / Opera, Micros Symphony advantageous· Strong spreadsheet and data-analysis skills are essential
