F&B STOCK CONTROLLER
Location: Kenton-on-Sea, Eastern Cape
Salary: R10,000 – R12,000
Accommodation: Live-In
Environment: Game Reserve
THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive F&B Stock Controller to join our team at a game reserve in Kenton-on-Sea.
You will be responsible for the effective management, control and monitoring of all food and beverage inventory within the reserve.
The role ensures accurate stock levels, minimises losses and supports efficient operations by ensuring that all departments have the required stock while adhering to quality standards and financial procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 (Matric)
Driver’s Licence with experience driving on a game reserve
Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field is advantageous
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in stock control within a hotel, lodge or hospitality environment
Experience working in a 4-Star or 5-Star establishment is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
Knowledge of food and beverage costing principles
