Position: Live In Salary: R20,000 DOE

About the Opportunity

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced FOH Anchor for a luxury lodge based in Kruger National Park This exciting opportunity is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and thrives in a high-standard, guest-focused environment.

Key Requirements

• Previous front of house experience in a similar-grade property
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills
• Well presented and hospitality-minded
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Previous relevant experience in a similar-grade hospitality property
• Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and hosting guests throughout their stay
• Coordinating guest requests and departmental communication
• Upholding high standards of guest service
• Assisting with check-in / check-out where required
• Delivering excellent service in line with the property's standards
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth operations

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A proactive problem-solver who works well under pressure
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
