Position Highlights

Oversee the smooth running of the front-of-house operation.

Lead and support the FOH team during busy service periods.

Ensure exceptional guest service and high presentation standards.

Assist with staff training, bookings and daily operations.

Maintain strong knowledge of the menu and wine offerings.

Handle guest queries professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

Previous FOH management or senior waiting experience.

Experience in a high-end restaurant environment.

Strong knowledge of food and wine.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Professional, energetic and guest-focused approach.

Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
