About the Opportunity

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and guest-focused Front of House & Field Guide Couple to join a luxury 5-star safari lodge in the Greater Kruger area, Limpopo.

The ideal couple will have a genuine passion for hospitality, wildlife and delivering exceptional safari experiences. Both candidates should be hands-on, adaptable and comfortable working in a remote luxury lodge environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the smooth day-to-day operations of the lodge.
• Deliver warm, professional and personalised guest service.
• Manage front-of-house duties and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Conduct guided game drives and bush experiences in accordance with relevant qualifications.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, presentation and guest care.
• Support the wider lodge team with daily operational requirements.
• Work effectively as a couple while remaining capable of performing individual responsibilities independently.
• Assist across various lodge departments when required.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience within a luxury safari lodge or 5-star hospitality environment.
• Relevant guiding qualifications and practical field guiding experience for the Field Guide position.
• Strong front-of-house, guest relations and organisational skills for the FOH position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for wildlife, conservation and luxury hospitality.
• Professional, energetic and guest-focused approach.
• Strong teamwork skills with a hands-on attitude.
• Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
• Both candidates must be comfortable living and working in a remote safari environment.
• The couple should have complementary skills and experience.
