Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a polished and guest-focused Front of House professional to join a luxury private game reserve in the Sabi Sands. The ideal candidate will have strong reservations experience combined with excellent guest interaction and hosting skills.
Requirements
Previous Front of House experience within a luxury lodge, game reserve or 5-star hospitality environment
Strong reservations experience essential
Excellent guest interaction and hosting skills
Warm, professional and confident personality
Strong communication and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs
Professional presentation and a strong service ethic
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Comfortable living and working in a remote game reserve environment
