GAME RESERVE ANTI-POACHING UNIT SCOUT
Location: Paterson, Eastern Cape
Salary: R8,500 per month
Position: Live In
POSITION OVERVIEWA well-established Game Reserve is looking for a disciplined, physically fit and committed Anti-Poaching Unit Scout to join their wildlife protection team.
The successful candidate should have a strong interest in wildlife protection and conservation and be comfortable working in remote and challenging field conditions.
REQUIREMENTS
Matric / Grade 12
Previous anti-poaching, game reserve, security, military or field ranger experience – advantageous
Strong interest in wildlife protection and conservation
Physically fit and able to work long hours in the field
Good tracking and observation skills – advantageous
Ability to work in remote and challenging conditions
Valid Driver's Licence – advantageous
First Aid qualification – advantageous
Firearm competency – advantageous
Clear criminal record
