About the Opportunity
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a friendly and professional Gate Guest Assistant to join a luxury hotel and winery in Franschhoek. This is an excellent opportunity for a well-presented hospitality professional who enjoys interacting with guests and creating a warm and welcoming first impression.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, security reception or a similar customer-facing role will be advantageous.
- Warm, friendly and professional approach to welcoming and assisting guests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-presented with a high standard of personal grooming.
- Able to provide guests with clear directions and relevant property information.
- Strong attention to detail and awareness of guest and vehicle movements.
- Reliable, punctual and responsible.
- Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods when required.
- Ability to remain calm, courteous and professional at all times.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
- Candidates based in Franschhoek or the surrounding areas will be advantageous.
Package
- Salary: R6,500 – R7,500 per month.
- Live-Out position.
