A 100 roomed hotel and casino resort seeks an experienced hotel General Manager meeting the following criteria:-

• Tertiary Qualification
• Minimum 8 years as a General Manager of a resort or corporate hotel with over 90 rooms and multi f&b outlets as well as conferencing
• Managing a complex with hotel, conference centre and casino as well as entertainment venues to expect profit margins
• Proven track record as a General Manager with strong operations management and financial acumen
• Ensure that revenue and expenditure budgets are met consistently, whilst achieving maximum customer satisfaction
• Leading a team of over 200 staff
• Maximum age of 55 due to mandatory retirement age
• Open to South African Nationals only
