🌿 **Guest Relations Officer | Luxury Safari Lodge | Grahamstown, Eastern Cape**Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a passionate and experienced **Guest Relations Officer** to join a prestigious luxury safari lodge in **Grahamstown, Eastern Cape**.📍 **Location:** Grahamstown, Eastern Cape🏕️ **Property Type:** Luxury Safari Lodge💰 **Salary:** R15,000 per month### Key Responsibilities* Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional and personalised arrival experience.* Build strong relationships with guests throughout their stay.* Assist with guest enquiries, requests and arrangements to ensure an exceptional experience.* Provide guests with information about the lodge, activities and surrounding area.* Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.* Maintain excellent communication with all lodge departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.* Assist with coordinating guest activities and special requests where required.* Conduct regular guest check-ins and ensure their needs are consistently met.* Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and relevant information.* Promote a high standard of service and contribute to the overall luxury guest experience.### Requirements* Previous experience in a Guest Relations, Guest Services, Front Office or similar hospitality role.* Previous experience within a luxury safari lodge or high-end hospitality environment would be advantageous.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* A warm, friendly and professional approach to guest interaction.* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.* Exceptional attention to detail.* Ability to remain calm and professional when handling guest concerns.* Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and service standards.* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.* A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.* Professional presentation and a confident, engaging personality.### To Apply
