Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a warm, professional and personable Host to join a luxury boutique hotel in Ballito. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences and takes pride in delivering attentive, personalised service.📍 Location: Ballito, Kwa

Zulu-Natal💼 Position: Host💰 Salary: R10,000 – R13,000 per month

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival.
• Manage guest seating and assist with creating a smooth and enjoyable arrival experience.
• Handle guest enquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with reservations, bookings and guest seating arrangements.
• Maintain strong communication with the Front Office, Food & Beverage and other departments.
• Ensure guests are well looked after throughout their experience.
• Assist with coordinating special occasions, guest preferences and requests.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance in line with luxury hospitality standards.
• Contribute to a welcoming, relaxed and memorable atmosphere for all guests.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a hosting, guest relations, front office or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A naturally warm, friendly and confident personality.
• Strong attention to detail and a guest-focused approach.
• Professional appearance and excellent service standards.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
