HOTEL HEAD HOUSEKEEPER

Location: Plettenberg Bay, Western Cape

Salary: R18,000 – R20,000

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Head Housekeeper who is a natural leader with strong housekeeping standards and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and service while leading and motivating the housekeeping team.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar hotel housekeeping leadership role

Matric (Grade 12) – ESSENTIAL

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work under pressure

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Honest, reliable and hands-on
