HOTEL NIGHT AUDITOR SUPERVISOR

Location: Pretoria North East

Salary: R10,000 per month

POSITION OVERVIEWA well-established hotel is looking for an experienced Night Auditor Supervisor to oversee night-shift Front Office operations and ensure the accurate completion of end-of-day financial and operational procedures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and courteous Front Office service during the night shift, while acting as the responsible person for guest service, safety and security.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Team Leader – Front Office / Guest Relations in a LARGE hotel

Minimum 1 year of hotel front desk supervisory experience

Previous night audit experience

Knowledge of accounting procedures and general administration

Exposure to hotel financial reporting will be an advantage

Strong guest service and communication skills

Able to work independently and make sound decisions during the night shift

Professional and confident when dealing with guests and hotel operations
