Key Responsibilities:

• Champion company culture, values and employee engagement
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary and grievance processes
• Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
• Coordinate learning, development and recognition programmes
• Oversee health & safety, Employment Equity and statutory compliance
• Manage employee events, office initiatives and facilities support
• Prepare Human Capital reports and manage multiple projects
• Partner with management to drive a positive workplace culture

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Human Capital Generalist role
• Strong Employee Relations and Industrial Relations experience
• Knowledge of South African labour legislation advantageous
• Experience in recruitment, L&D and employee engagement
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects
• Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills essential
