Junior FOH & Guide Couple

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior FOH & Guide Couple to join a luxury safari lodge in the Timbavati, Mpumalanga.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the smooth day-to-day operation of the lodge and front-of-house functions.

Provide warm, professional and personalised service to guests throughout their stay.

Assist with guest activities, including guided game drives and bush experiences.

Ensure guests receive an engaging and memorable safari experience.

Support the wider lodge team with daily operational requirements.

Maintain high standards of hospitality, presentation and guest care.

Work collaboratively as a couple while also being able to operate independently when required.

Assist with other lodge duties as needed to ensure an efficient and seamless operation.

Requirements

Previous experience within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment would be advantageous.

A suitable guiding qualification and relevant field experience would be beneficial.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine passion for hospitality, wildlife and the safari environment.

Professional, energetic and guest-focused approach.

Ability to work well as part of a team and under pressure.

A hands-on attitude with a willingness to assist across different areas of the lodge.

Both candidates must be comfortable working in a remote safari environment.

Couples applying together should complement each other’s skills and experience.

Package

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.

The successful couple will have the opportunity to work within a luxury safari lodge environment in the Timbavati.
