About the Opportunity

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a motivated and organised Junior Reservationist to join a luxury beach house in Durban, Kwa

Zulu-Natal. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic hospitality professional looking to develop their career within a luxury guest environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with managing reservations and booking enquiries.
• Respond to guest and travel agent enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Process bookings accurately and ensure all reservation details are captured correctly.
• Assist with amendments, cancellations and confirmations.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information.
• Communicate effectively with the relevant operational teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with pre-arrival arrangements and guest requirements.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests throughout the reservation process.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in reservations, front office or a similar hospitality role would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.
• A passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
• A professional, positive and well-presented approach.

Package

• Salary: R8,000 – R10,000 per month.
• Live-out position.
