About the Opportunity

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a Lodge Management Couple (or two strong individual candidates) to join a luxury safari lodge in the Greater Kruger, Limpopo. The successful couple or individuals will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of Food & Beverage operations, supporting the Lodge Managers with administration and planning, and relieving the Lodge Managers during their off-duty periods and leave.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day Food & Beverage operations.
• Support the Lodge Managers with administration, planning and organising.
• Assist with stock control across the F&B department.
• Relieve the Lodge Managers during their off-duty periods and periods of leave.
• Deliver consistently excellent 5-star guest service and lead from the front.
• Manage lodge personnel effectively.

Key Requirements

• Strong guest interaction skills and a genuine commitment to 5-star service.
• Proven ability to lead from the front and manage personnel effectively.
• Strong F&B knowledge, with complementary strengths across administration, planning, organising and stock control (as a couple or pair of individuals).
• Comfortable working in a remote luxury lodge environment.
