THE ROLE

Hands-on management of day-to-day operations

Lead and coordinate multiple teams and operational functions

Drive high standards of service and operational excellence

Manage and support staff while maintaining strong team performance

Ensure an exceptional, guest-focused experience

Maintain attention to detail across all areas of the property

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Operations Manager or similar management role within luxury serviced apartments, hotels or hospitality – ESSENTIAL

Strong operational and people-management skills

Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams

Excellent guest relations and communication skills

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

Experience with Opera Cloud and/or related hotel operating systems

Valid Driver’s Licence
