- Previous experience as a Porter, Driver or in a guest-facing hospitality role
- Valid South African driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Well-presented, professional and courteous
- Physically fit and able to assist with guest luggage
- Knowledge of the Cape Town area is advantageous
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
