RESERVATIONS CONSULTANT
With Travel Planning Background
Location: Franschhoek, Western Cape
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Reservations Consultant with a strong Travel Planning background to join a professional hospitality team in Franschhoek.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling reservations and assisting clients with their travel planning requirements. This position requires someone who is highly organised, professional, confident and able to provide excellent service to guests and clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years' experience in Reservations
Travel Planning background – Essential
Excellent communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Professional and confident when dealing with guests and clients
Strong administration and coordination skills
Ability to work efficiently in a professional hospitality environment
