Key responsibilities:

Manage the reservations process from initial enquiry through to arrival.

Respond to guests and travel partners with warmth, professionalism and efficiency.

Convert enquiries into bookings through a confident understanding of the property and its experiences.

Maintain accurate bookings, rates, availability, payments and guest information.

Build strong relationships with travel advisors, agents and repeat guests.

Work closely with the operational team to communicate preferences, special requests and arrival arrangements.

Monitor booking performance and identify opportunities to maximise occupancy and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven reservations management or senior reservations experience within luxury hospitality.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Confidence working with reservations systems, rates and booking reports.

A personable, calm and thoughtful approach to guest and agent relationships.
