Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the full daily operation of the club

Driving membership growth, retention, and overall profitability

Managing budgets, financial performance, and operational costs

Leading and developing departmental management teams

Ensuring exceptional member service and guest experiences

Overseeing health, safety, and operational compliance

Managing staff performance, training, and recruitment

Driving sales, marketing, and member engagement initiatives

Maintaining high standards across all facilities and departments

Building and maintaining strong relationships with members and stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior management role within a luxury health club, fitness club, hospitality, or similar environment

Strong leadership and operational management skills

Excellent financial and commercial acumen

Strong people management and communication abilities

Passion for wellness, fitness, and customer service excellence

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-performance environment

Professional, organised, and solutions-driven approach
