Our client is seeking a All-Rounder Assistant to support lodge operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This live‑in role requires a highly presentable, well‑spoken individual with strong organizational and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager across departments as needed

Oversee staff management and scheduling

Handle guest relations with professionalism

Support kitchen management and dining service

Coordinate events and special functions

Manage stock control and inventory

Supervise housekeeping standards

Qualifications

At least 2 – 3 years experience in a similar role within a lodge or hotel

Valid driver’s license and own transport – non negotiable

Strong organizational and management skills

Highly presentable and articulate
